Lanes Vitamin C 1000 mg Cranberry is an effervescent food supplement with cranberry, cherry and grape flavor.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal metabolism of energy, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the normal psychological function, to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness, to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.

Offers strong antioxidant protection against harmful free radicals & boosts the action of vitamin E. 

Cranberry, rich in proanthocyanidins, creates an acidic environment in the bladder and prevents pathogens from attaching and causing infection.

Contraindications

The use of very high doses of Vitamin C (above 2000mg), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems.

Side effects

At doses greater than 2000mg per day of Vitamin C and for very long-term use without interruption (1 year), toxic effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate formation in the kidneys may occur.
