Dosage

Recommended dosage:

Adults and children over 11 years old: 1 capsule daily.

Instructions of use

Take with a glass of water, preferably after a meal.

Contraindications

Not to be taken in case of hypersensitivity to any of the igredients contained.

Not to be taken during pregnancy and lactation without the doctor's consent.

Side effects

Taking more than 4000 IU of Vitamin D supplements is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcaemia.

At doses greater than 10,000 IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth and metallic taste may occur.
