Research has shown that the herb Saw palmetto helps in cases of prostate hyperplasia (benign), in terms of improving urine flow and reducing urinary inconvenience.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicine (HMPC) have approved the use of saw palmetto as a traditional herbal remedy for the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia such as difficulty urinating or frequent urination.

Contraindications
