It is a hypertonic solution of sea water (2.3% in NaCl) rich in all the beneficial components of the sea (mineral salts & trace elements).

Instructions of use
- Clean and dry the baby's nose thoroughly before applying Sinomarin Babies.
- Remove an ampoule from the plastic stem & remove the cap by twisting it and open the ampoule.
- Place the baby in a supine position with the head turned to the right.
- Carefully insert the tip of the ampoule into the left nostril and squeeze to dispense the desired amount.
- Turn the baby's head to the other side and repeat the same process on the other nostril.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
- Remove the ampoule from the baby's nostril, return it to the upright position, leaving the solution inside the nose for a few seconds to work. Then clean his nose and, if necessary, use a mucus remover.
