Nexcare™ ColdHot Therapy Pack Maxi is intended to provide a superficial cold or heat. Cold helps to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat helps to reduce pain, soothes and relaxes. The gel is non-toxic and safe for whole family.

Compresses can be used cold or hot and is an solution for those who prefer natural, drug-free therapy. 

Can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. 

Can be heated in hot water or in microwave. 

Knead to distribute heat evenly! Always insert gel compress in the supplied cover or clean towel, when applying to the skin. Apply to the affected area for as long as it is comfortable. Re-warm gel pack once it reaches room temperature. 

Protective cover for the gel pack is included allowing quick/easy and comfortable application ensuring furthermore safety for your skin. Use cold for swelling due to contusion/injury (bigger leg contusions e.g. upper thigh), acute injuries (bruises, sprains, minor bumps). Use heated for lower back pain eg. during pregnancy, period pain, stomach ache (due to muscle tension only), chronic musculoskeletal pain resulting from past contusions, general feeling of cold (use as hot water bottle).
