A. Vogel Aesculaforce Forte is a food supplement containing fresh organic extract of the horse chestnut herb (Aesculus hippocastanum L.).
It is used to relieve mild symptoms caused by poor blood circulation mainly in the lower extremities, such as swelling and tired legs. The astringent tannins, plant pigments and saponins of the plant stimulate and strengthen the vein walls, reducing their permeability.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Medicinal Products of Herbal Origin (HMPC) have approved the use of horse chestnut as a traditional herbal aid for the relief of symptoms of discomfort associated with mild disorders of the circulatory system, such as heaviness in the limbs and swelling of the legs.
Dosage
1 tablet morning and evening
Instructions of use
It is recommended to be taken after a meal.
Contraindications
Due to its coumarin content, Aesculus may interfere with anticoagulant therapy (eg aspirin, warfarin).
Cautions
Avoid taking it during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The product is not suitable for children.

Aesculaforce forte should be used after meals. Thus, the possibility of gastrointestinal discomfort from the contained saponins is reduced.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
