Dosage
For weight loss: 4 capsules per day
For weight maintenance: 2 capsules per day
Instructions of use
For weight loss (for overweight people with a body mass index of 25-30): take 2 capsules with a glass of water before the 2 main meals of the day.
For weight maintenance or on special occasions when you participate in a rich and fatty meal: take 2 capsules with a glass of water just before the meal.
Contraindications
Not to be used by people allergic or intolerant to one of the components of the composition, especially to oats, carrot or apple.
Cautions
Not to be taken by children under 18 years of age. Not to be used by people with a Body Mass Index of less than 18.5.
Do not take if you are allergic to oats, apples and carrots.
Storage
