Cretan Iama Vitamin D3 contains a combination of three greek herbs (thyme, sage and dittany) and vitamin D based on extra virgin olive oil, to strengthen the body's defenses and naturally treat the symptoms of seasonal flu and the common cold.

Thyme (Coridothymus capitanus) has a natural antimicrobial action and helps the respiratory system, acts against coughs and softens the throat, while reducing colds. Sage (Salvia fruticosa) soothes the characteristic symptoms of sore throat (dryness, burning and pain, difficulty in swallowing), moisturizes the oral and pharyngeal mucosa and prevents contact with external irritants (cold, smoky). Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to normal levels of calcium in the blood, to the maintenance of normal bones, to the maintenance of normal muscle function, to the maintenance of normal teeth, to the normal functioning of the immune system, and has a role in the process of cell division. Vitamin D also helps reduce the risk of falls associated with body instability and muscle weakness. Falls are a risk factor for bone fractures among men and women aged 60 and over.
