Ingredients (per 260g jar)

• Senna Leaf Powder 8% (Cassia angustifolia, Tinnevelly Senna)

• Tamarind Extract 0.39%

• Cassia Pulp Extract 0.39%

• Coriander Fruit Powder 0.18%

How It Works

Senna contains natural compounds (Sennosides A & B) that stimulate the large intestine, increasing water secretion and nerve activity to promote bowel movements. Tamarind and coriander enhance the laxative effect while helping relieve spasms and discomfort.

Onset of action: usually 8–12 hours after intake.

Recommended Dosage

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 teaspoons in the evening before bedtime (12–24 mg of Sennosides A+B).

• Start with 1 teaspoon and increase gradually if needed.

• Use only 2–3 times per week.

• Do not use for more than 1–2 weeks without medical supervision.

Warnings & Precautions

• Do not use if the seal is broken.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Shelf life after opening: 2 months.

• Not suitable for children under 12 years.

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Avoid in cases of intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, appendicitis, severe dehydration, or known hypersensitivity.
