Thanks to its hydrocolloid technology, the Compeed inter-toe callus pad acts like a second skin to support natural moisture.
Calluses appear in areas that receive pressure, often on the bone such as the side of the little toe.
A callus is our body's natural reaction to excessive pressure on focused areas of the foot.
A callus is a thickening of the skin in a specific area that leads to the creation of a cone whose pressure penetrates the dermis and causes pain. In the case of scleroderma, the thickening involves a larger area of skin.
It manages in this way to immediately relieve the pain caused by the callus and to offer maximum protection against friction and pressure. In addition, it can deeply moisturize and is able to soften the callus, helping to remove it. It remains firmly in place for several days.
Instructions of use
- Apply to clean and dry skin, making sure the callus area is free of creams or oils.
- Remove first the top and then the bottom surface, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
- Place the pad directly on the callus.
- Make sure the edges are well glued.
- Leave it in place until it comes off on its own. It stays put for days. For best results use COMPEED® until skin heals.
